TERIZA ANICETE

Prior to establishing her own company in 2009, Teriza was a Senior Tax Associate with Tax Advice, Inc., for 17 years and over 6 years with Emmanuel A. Santos, CPA JD Inc. in San Francisco. She provided tax consultation and preparation, refinance and realty investment planning services for individuals, families and small businesses.

Prior to joining the Tax Advice team, Teriza worked as a Commercial Escrow Officer,  National Business Unit for Chicago Title and brings with her a keen insight in real estate related issues. She is an Enrolled Agent (#112672) and Licensed Real Estate Agent (#01302657).  She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1986.

NATALIE BAUTISTA

In 2011, Teriza formed a strategic partnership with her friend and colleague, Natalie Bautista, and together they co-founded Complete Tax Advantage in Sacramento County.  Natalie has over 13 years experience as Public Guardian and Conservator working for Sacramento County overseeing Estate and Fiduciary accounts and tax returns.  As an Enrolled Agent (#104495), Natalie provides invaluable experience in the areas of estate tax and business planning.

Prior to working for the County of Sacramento, Natalie worked as Sr. Accountant Analyst and Assistant Controller for McKesson HBOC, Inc. and Dechtar Direct, respectively. She graduated from San Francisco State University in 1994.
